Education.

Its widely recognised that playing sport is beneficial and good for our health. However we occasionally suffer injuries in our pursuits. But just like any other injury, it is important to be aware of what to do if we suffer a knock to the head. A head knock may or may not cause unconsciousness but it is vital to understand how to protect our brain.
Our education programs run through the basics of a sports brain injury from minor to major and then offer some practical measures of what to do when these incidents occur. We also offer education about personal brain development and measures to manage stress and improve overall brain health.

 Schools

We visit schools onsite or run online educational sessions for students in both primary and secondary settings. The programs will be tailored for each audience.

Local Sporting Clubs

We attend your local sporting club or offer online courses and sessions to talk about head knocks, brain health and management in sport.

Support Groups

Head Knocks will conduct support group sessions to educate and share knowledge and understanding about those affected by concussion in sport.
